    1. if your Guardian is Blue collar worker he or she already have the appointment and confirmation letter. because that's one of the first thing they are given

  9. I just called a staff and was told that the loan is limited to specific kinds of workers and parastatals, is this true, because I work with a federal agency and she said its not available to my work place. Why is this if I may ask.
